Fred is a personal day-planning app. This page says what it stores and why.
What Fred stores: the email address you sign in with (via Google or a password), and what you enter in the app: plans, goals, alarm settings, review notes and chat messages. It also stores a device token so it can send you reminders on your phone.
How it is used: only to run Fred for you. Chat messages and the plan context needed to answer them are sent to an AI provider (Anthropic) to produce the reply. Fred does not sell data, show ads or share data with anyone else.
Where it is kept: on the app's backend service (Convex). Sign-in with Google gives Fred only your name, email address and a stable account id.
Your choices: you can ask for your data to be deleted at any time by writing to madrus@gmail.com.
